Challenge:

Medio had developed an innovative but functionally limited mobile Advertising Management System (AMS). Their advertising system, while popular, was stunting their growth by limiting each advertiser to just one advertisement on one "channel" at any given time—and their advertisers were clear about wanting more. We brought our concepting expertise to bear.

Solution:

Produxs drove a functional redesign of the Medio AMS by providing concept exploration, feature integration, and UX for a significantly more sophisticated mobile advertising platform. With the new architecture and the Produxs user-centered design approach, we explored, defined, and delivered product enhancements, new product initiatives, and future-feature exploration—all within an agile project scope.
